• All decorations must be approved by ETHS prior to the event.
  • Nothing may be affixed to the walls, doors, or door frames.
  • Lessee is responsible for decoration set-up and take-down.
  • All decorations must comply with local fire department regulations. No open flames (i.e. votives, candles, etc.) are allowed.
  • Certain types of decorations are restricted, including: confetti, live plants, burning candles, nails, thumbtacks, or staples on any surface.
  • All decorations must be removed from the building immediately following the event, unless other arrangements have been made with ETHS staff.
